Busy week

Yeah! Meema and Papa are here finally (long day at the airport with broke down plane). It is so good to have them here and the boys are loving having all the attention. I can't tell if they can't get enough of their grandparents or if it is the other way around. Fun times!! We went to our U-Pick farm today and got some yummy potatoes, raspberries, and rhubarb. It was a beautiful day for a drive and day at the farm. So much fun to share it with Meema and Papa. Tomorrow we are going to be busy making jam and Garrett has requested a rhubarb pie. Yum!!

Amongst all the excitement, Garrett got an ear infection the day before they got here and was so sick. I took him to the doctor the next day and we found out that he has a ruptured eardrum. OUCH! He is in so much pain, but is such a trooper. As sad as it is to say it is kind of nice having him home even though he is just laying around. It will be hard to have him go back to work. He is doing much better and we go to the doctor again tomorrow, so hopefully we will have good news.
