Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! It was a great day for us and so nice to take time to truly be thankful for all that we have been blessed with. It was just the 4 of us and Garrett had to work, so we did our celebrating early and it turned out just great. I don't mean to brag, but my turkey turned out awesome. I was very proud of myself. After Garrett left for work the boys and I had a lazy movie/game afternoon and it was a great way to end our day.

Kody's school did a multicultural day on Wednesday and each class had a luncheon. It was so much fun. They had an assembly and had people there to talk about different cultures. They even had a guy playing the bagpipes which Kody thought was way cool. Kody made Thanksgiving cards to give to us and his class recited a Thanksgiving poem with actions that was adorable. He was Mr. Bigshot getting to share everything with us.

We are finally getting our snow for the season. We have had a few storms pass through, but nothing more than a couple of inches here and there. But last night we got close to a foot and it is still snowing. We are so excited. It looks like a winter wonderland outside. What a great way to start out the month of December! I will post pictures soon. Have a great week!
