We are back and our trip was a blast. It was so much fun spending time with Garrett's family and all the fun memories that we made. Garrett's dad is doing amazing. Jacob fell in love with his Papa Nelson. He would be playing and just crawl up in his lap or just sit right by his feet to get his attention. It was precious. Garrett had fun showing us his old stomping grounds and oh the memories/stories we heard. It hasn't changed very much! Kody loved seeing the chicken and pig farms. I think farm life intrigues him! It rained most of the time that we were there, but we did get a couple of sunny days. But hey it was still warmer than AK, rain and all. The boys loved being outside and enjoying warm sunshine which is something that we haven't had for a while. (Spring will come to Alaska someday!) Kody loved the freedom and so much room to run and explore. He has announced that he wants to live in Arkansas to because it is warm and close to Darla (his cousin). Though now that we are home I think he is loving Alaska again. It was so good to get away, but it is so good to be home and back into our routines. Here is a few pictures from the trip!
