Ward Easter Social

My favorite activity this Easter Season was our Ward Easter Social/Egg Hunt. Our Primary Presidency came up with the idea and since I am in the presidency I had the great opportunity to help plan it. It was amazing. I am so grateful to be able to serve in the Primary with such wonderful women. I think we started a new ward tradition!

The turn out was amazing and it was such a fun day. We had a ton of games, food, a little petting zoo (chicks & bunnies), ponies to ride, a spiritual message, the Easter Bunny and of course an Egg Hunt. I was in charge of the bean bag and the ring toss games. We have been wanting to make some Corn Hole boards like my sister's family has, so I figured they could double as a great bean bag toss game. Garrett volunteered his expertise handyman services and made these amazing boards for me and while he was at it he made 2 wooden ring toss games. He is the best!!!They turned out to be a big hit. All in all it was a day to remember!

This was Jacob's favorite part of the day. He loved riding the "Horsie"!
Kody thought the ponies were pretty cool, but thought they were a little small.

Kody's bean bag in mid air. They played my games the most. Don't know if it was because that is where I was or if they thought it was pretty cool!

Jacob had to stand right at the bottom of the board with his toes touching before he would throw the bean bag every time. Silly boy!!!

This is the best egg hunting picture I have of Kody. He was running all over the place, so I didn't get very many pictures of him.
