Jacob has started the I don't want to go to bed or take naps, but I want to get up at 5 in the morning. Needless to say we have a little bit of a battle going on at our house. I usually rock, lay down and "snuggle" with Jacob for a little while when I put him to bed and he usually falls asleep really quick. Lately he won't go to sleep unless I am laying with him. Uh-oh, what have I done! So I have been just leaving him in his room to cry himself to sleep. Hopefully we will get past these battles soon.
Well a couple nights ago he threw a nice big fit, but eventually settled himself down. I went into check on him when I went to bed and he wasn't in his bed. After a slight panic on my part I found him fast asleep in the rocking chair. He had rocked himself to sleep! It was too cute that I just had to take a picture!

Oh my goodness, that is too cute. I hate those brief panic attacks. Garth was hiding under Colt's crib one time. Kids are so funny, they are like dead tired but they fight it till the end.
