Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I decided that I wanted to do something fun for St. Patrick's Day since I'm not into the whole corned beef and cabbage dinner thing. So we had a green breakfast. Green eggs and ham along with green pancakes. Jacob thought it was so cool and dug right in. Kody on the other hand was a little unsure. He kept asking me why it was green and even after I reassured him that it was only food coloring I had to coax him to eat. Silly boy! Now what can I make for dinner that's green!!!
