Once again a month has come and gone with me posting. Life is just crazy busy! So here is our February in a nutshell. The biggest event that happened is that Garrett and I celebrated our 12th Anniversary! It is crazy to believe that we have been married for that long, but they have been the best 12 years ever. We went out to dinner and to a super bowl party. Exciting stuff! But it was good just to spend it together. We were talking about how far we have come the last 12 years and the adventure that life has brought our way. We moved from Arizona to Alaska to Arkansas, were blessed to have 2 amazing little boys join our family, experience parts of the world that I never dreamed of seeing, a ton of fabulous memories, and the list just goes on and on. I am truly blessed. One of the most amazing things is how much I love him, that here 12 years later I love him even more than I did the day we were married. He is my everything!!!
Okay enough of the mushy gushy stuff. The boys had a blast celebrating Valentine's Day. Both of them had parties and it was a very fun day. We also had a Primary Get to Know you Talent show. The kids were able to perform a talent or bring something to share that was special to them. Kody shared his models and Jacob shared his Buzz Bear. It was an amazing activity. Pretty much all of our Primary kids showed up and everyone shared a talent. I just have to say that I love being in Primary, this is where I was meant to be.
We have also gone cable and internet free at our house. It was a hard decision, but it was just too expensive and really not worth the time that we were spending in front of the T.V. or computer and not together as a family. It is going to be a challenge, but I think it will definitely be worth it. Garrett's cell phone has internet, so when he is home I steal it cause I don't think I could survive completely without internet and being able to keep in touch with everyone. Other than that this month has just been filled with our busy day to day activities. We are enjoying the beautiful winter weather loving to be able to play outside and even enjoying a little bit of snow. We do miss the Alaska snow, but not the 6 plus months freezing cold ice and snow. So here are a few pictures and on to March we go!
Heart shaped pancakes for breakfast of course, along with Valentine puppies(since we can't have a real one yet) from mom and dad.
Jacob enjoying the Valentine cookie he made at his preschool party.
Kody's 2nd grade party complete with his awesome Tron mailbox. He got a ton of Valentine's.
Playing at the library with cousins, Darla & Alayna! We absolutely love our library. There is so much to do and the boys think it is pretty cool that they know them by name.
Jacob waiting patiently for his turn at the Primary activity. I love his hands!
Kody, with help from daddy, showing off the models that they made together. Everyone was very impressed and Kody felt so special!
Jacob shared his "Buzz Bear" that he made at Build-a-Bear. He was a little shy!

That picture of Jacob waiting is so cute! That's a fun idea for a primary activity.
And what a fun library! I am excited for when I can take Lincoln. Right now he would be a little too loud and a little too into everything.
